  • Foundation laid for the conclusion of the insolvency proceedings.
  • KATHREIN Broadcast remains a reliable provider of high-performance, resilient antenna technology for broadcasting and air traffic control

KATHREIN Broadcast GmbH has secured an investor consortium to ensure the company’s continued operation. With the entry of Lenbach Capital, based in Munich, the foundation has been laid to conclude the insolvency proceedings opened in March and to secure the long-term future of the business. The new shareholders, led by Lenbach Capital founder Dr. Hans Liebler, will take over 100% of the shares in KATHREIN Broadcast GmbH.

“We are sending a clear signal: KATHREIN Broadcast remains active, operational, and ready to deliver. The new ownership structure provides stability and opens up new perspectives,” says Jörg Lippert, designated CEO of KATHREIN Broadcast GmbH.

The entry of the new investors marks a complete separation from KATHREIN SE and ensures the continuity of business operations with a clear strategic direction. Customers, partners, and employees can rely on KATHREIN Broadcast to remain a trusted provider of high-performance and resilient antenna technology. As one of the few companies with in-house development and manufacturing, KATHREIN Broadcast continues to stand for technological sovereignty “Made in Germany”.
